Our program applies to all types of properties, all sizes of loans and to all levels of experience, whether you are a developer, owner, buyer or investor.
If you need development, acquisition or refinance funds:
- We act as your in-house CFO and work with you to understand your project and make recommendations on loan structure, loan dollars and loan pricing to give you realistic expectations.
- We analyze the project costs, equity, actual and pro forma income and expenses, debt coverage ratios, your background, your financial capacity and the project background and current plan.
- We then prepare a full loan request package to be submitted to the lenders of your choosing. (We can help here too!)
- Post submission, we work with you and your lender to address any questions. If requested, we will advise on business points in commitment letters and loan documents.
If you need assistance with a problem loan:
- We analyze the project and the market and work with you to develop a plan to present to your lender.
- We work with you, your lender, attorney, etc., to put in place a realistic workout plan.
If you need internal assistance from a CFO:
- We can assist in day-to-day financial analysis needs.
- We will work with your lenders, investors and partners.
- We will work with your 3rd party support (attorneys, appraisers, etc.).
- Review and negotiate business points in legal documents.
If you just need someone to bounce ideas off of:

- We can give insights as to how your lender may react to a plan or proposal and make suggestions to improve the likely success.
